'Sonoma Velvet Ruby' (Paeonia 'Sonoma Velvet Ruby') is the fifth peony in the collection of "Peony of the Month" prints, and one of the three "Peonies of the Month" chosen to bring to Chelsea Pensioners at Royal Hospital Chelsea. You can read more about the special event in this article.
Inspired by the love of art and gardens, the original peony paintings combine the precision and accuracy of botanical art with artistic freedom and aesthetics of Chinese Gongbi technique. They were created in ink and pigments on watercolour paper.

The print is available in two variants:
1. Limited edition print
Size: A3 (29.7 x 42.0 cm, 11.69 x 16.53")
There are only 34 prints available for every peony of the series. It's an interesting proposition for collectors and aficionados of botanical art.
Each piece will be numbered and signed by Siyuan Ren, the artist behind The Peony Girl.
Numbers 1 - 7 will be reserved as part of the complete collection of "Peony of the Month" which will be launched at the end of the year.
Numbers 8 - 35 are currently available to purchase as individual prints.
2. Open edition print
Size: A4 (21 x 29.7 cm, 8.25 x 11.76")
